Senior Interaction Designer
Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for aiding our User Experience team in the implementation and design of User Interfaces for web sites and RIA’s.
Develop mockups, wireframes, prototypes and user flows to efficiently relay and corroborate designs.
Create end products that contain XHTML/CSS files and their graphic features.
Carry out usability reviews to substantiate and improve user interface designs
Collaborate with our Clients and Marketing teams to create compelling and innovative cutting-edge interface designs for our products
Work with our developers to implement these cutting-edge interface designs into our products
Qualifications:
Ability to do visual design as well as some coding on the front end.
Strong understanding of interface design principles, centered around users, and best practices
Prior experience in all stages of UI development (From requirement gathering to information architecture to prototyping, and production)
Demonstrated ability to design functional interfaces for large, complex web applications
Prior experience using JScript libraries to develop Rich Internet Applications and Ajax interactions
Strong communications and ability to work cohesively with others
Prioritization, multi-tasking, and work management skills are a necessity to be successful in this role
Solid ability to work with various design tools (PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, Illustrator, etc.)
Creativity and Innovative problem solving is key!
Strong attention to detail
Prodigal knowledge and hands-on experience with web standards
