About Our Client:
Our client is a Venture-backed startup in the pricing and revenue optimization arena. They help leading consumer marketing organizations generate substantial lifts in operating income and market share by continually optimizing their marketing and promotional investments and product pricing. Their product is a subscription based (SaaS) suite of data modeling and integation services.

Position Summary
Our client has an immediate openings for Operations Analysts in their Professional Services group. Operations Analysts manage the support and maintenance of our clients hosted solutions. They are responsible for:

  • Prioritizing and implementing changes to the configuration of customer instances.
  • Setting up and managing automated tests against new and existing customer applications to ensure system stability, quality, and accuracy.
  • Managing and resolving technical issues raised by customers or account teams.
  • Working with Engineering and Product Management to resolve product issues.
  • Collecting, transforming, and loading new data regularly into existing systems.
  • Hands-on, technical assistance with the implementations of new customers.

Additionally, Operations Analysts will help drive the development of the Professional Services practice, creating the tools, methodologies and best practices within a fast growing company. They will be expected to collaborate in a dynamic environment with Account Management, Product Management and Engineering to drive customer value and create world-class software. 

Candidates must be exceptionally detail-oriented, methodical, and self-motivated. They must also be technically-minded and bear the ability to solve compound problems. Operations Analysts will report to the VP of Professional Services. Travel is estimated at 10-20%.

Requirements

  • Strong technical implementation skills
  • You need not be trained as a software developer, but experience with programming languages and methodologies is a plus.
  • Data permutation and analytics, debugging/troubleshooting technical problems, and excellent MS Excel skills. Experience with SQL, scripting languages a plus.
  • Background in supporting or utilization of enterprise-class business applications such as business intelligence, CRM, data mining or analytics packages.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction; experience with support and/or quality assurance is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).
  • Technical Bachelor's degree required.
